As the Event & Community Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind Tech Toss’s pop-up classrooms, LAN parties, workshops, and fundraising events. From organizing venues to rallying volunteers, you’ll make sure every event runs smoothly and feels like the place to be. Responsibilities:

• Help plan and manage educational workshops, tech events, and gaming nights.

• Coordinate venues, schedules, and volunteer staff.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events.

• Help organize community partnerships with local schools, agencies, and nonprofits.

• Keep events engaging, inclusive, and fun — snacks are mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Event planning or production experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Ability to handle chaos calmly (LAN parties get chaotic).
