Welcome to Tech Toss
From E-Waste to Education
Investing in opportunity, education, and a future where digital access is available to everyone.
Rescue. Refurbish. Reuse.
Tech Toss is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that rescues donated technology that would otherwise end up in a landfill to be refurbished and redistributed back into the community through educational workshops, low-cost resale programs, and more.
Increasing Access to High-Quality Electronics
Our partnerships with Hollywood film and entertainment studios allow us to collect professional-quality computers, production gear, and video equipment to power our multimedia classroom and job training programs. We also receive valuable contributions from local donation drives and community drop-off events.
Giving Discarded Technology a Second Life
The equipment we refurbish gets redistributed back into the community in several ways. Our sell-back program allows community members to purchase equipment at a low cost, while our skills-building workshops— led by industry professionals— allow individuals the opportunity to grow and learn.
Supporting the Community Through Technology
Through partnerships with local schools and nonprofits, we expand our impact by bringing technology directly to the community. Whether it’s setting up digital literacy labs or hosting interactive events for students, our programs provide spaces where everyone can explore, create, and connect.
Our Mission
We imagine a future where technology is accessible to everyone, regardless of background or income. By supporting Tech Toss, you’re not just keeping technology out of landfills— you’re investing in opportunity, education, and a future where digital access is available to everyone.

Community Impact
Real change starts locally. At Tech Toss we address digital inequality, environmental waste, and economic barriers by repurposing technology for those who need it most. Every device we rescue becomes a tool for learning, creativity, and opportunity.
